I have been a resident of Contra Costa County for 30 years,
residing in Walnut Creek with my husband who is also my business partner.
My early career began in sales and management working for large retail corporations. While I enjoyed many aspects of this position, the demands and responsibilities were endless and I began to feel that if I was working hard and spending countless hours to be successful, perhaps I should work for myself. Thus, I started thinking about what type of business would allow me to interface with the public, provide challenge and opportunity and at the same time, give me some flexibility to actually have some quality of life!
In 2001, I received my real estate license. What I truly enjoy about this work is helping my clients, whether they are buyers or sellers. Even though the internet is widely used, it's key for me to listen to my clients so that I can assure their questions and concerns are met. Because of the ever changing real estate market, we are dealing with many moving pieces. From negotiating, getting into the contract, understanding inspection findings and more, it is critical that my clients are able to move forward with confidence and make informed decisions. Therefore, my number one priority is to spend as much time with each client to assure they are completely satisfied with the sale or purchase of their home.
I am also certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. This additional training has given me tools to assist clients 55+ in transitioning the sale of their home and downsizing. Prior to selling their home, it's important to put systems in place. My team of experts include estate planners, tax attorneys, 1031 exchange advisors and more. I find it very rewarding to assist in this type of sale which often involves multiple family members and making sure the sales process goes smoothly.
If you feel I can assist you in either a purchase or sale of
your home, please feel free to contact me.
